The Quinta
Panascal's educational audio-tour allows guests to wander independently through vineyards dramatically situated atop rolling hills overlooking Távora River and the "lagares" (traditional granite tanks).
This self-guided audio-tour allows visitors in their own time to visit the vineyards and is available in 9 languages - Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Danish and Japanese.

Douro Cuisine - Regional Gastronomy
Lunches and dinners at the farm. Quinta do Panascal is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal in the company of family or a group of friends. Booking required, confirmation subject to availability.
The menus are varied, but regional and traditional in nature. Visitors can enjoy one of the best roasted kid of the Douro (the farm's specialty) or a codfish prepared by D. Mila, a Douro cook with a full hand!
Delight yourself with the best flavors of the Douro while you contemplate the beauty of the Távora valley and enjoy an excellent Fonseca nectar.
Visitors Center
Our visitors center also offers the possibility of tastings by the glass of old Tawnies or 100% organic Port. In the summer you can enjoy a refreshing "Siroptimo" (Siroco with tonic water) or if you prefer the complexity of the Vintage Ports you can simply book a tasting including excellent classic Fonseca Vintages and Vintages from Quinta do Panascal.
During the grape harvest, it is possible to observe all the work of picking grapes or treading in the lagares, since the best grapes are treaded on the property using this centuries-old method.
In the visitor center you will find a small store with the entire range of Ports produced by Fonseca.
